It’s getting easier. 206.5 is what the scale showed me today as I jumped up and down with GLEE. Side mission “poop watch” is still at brown.
Yesterday’s eating was on point.
Breakfast: pea and spinach egg scramble with some cheese and hot sauce
Lunch: large salad with avocado (did I mention I’m eating a head of romaine lettuce a day?), grilled chicken breast
Dinner: hodge podge of leftover fish, peas, and lentil soup
Snack: Greek yogurt with strawberry
When I say I’m doing low carb, it’s more south beach where no carbs come from bread, potato, pasta, rice, or sweets.
Oh and I got an email from that company saying my references praised me to the roof and that I’ve been forwarded to the hiring manager
