Tea Time

Here’s my pretty cup of tea I have been drinking at night:

I’m trying not to crave bread, I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw my brother take the rest of the loaf of french bread and eat it today :) If my mom buys more I’ll scream.

Hubby’s been getting over the flu and asked me to make him mac and cheese. I did, of course, he has barely eaten since Thursday, him getting an appetite is good. So anyways, I make it for him, one box. He asks if I’m going to have any, I say “no I’m not eating carbs babe.” He says “oh okay.” Like what he forgot? I haven’t been eating them for a WEEK!

He eats his bowl, and then puts what is left in the pot into his bowl, eats some more, then turns to me and says “babe I am full you want the rest?”

“NO I AM NOT EATING CARBS” I screamed.

I think I shocked him into submission because he was like “oh I’m sorry babe, I forgot” and he put the rest into a tupperware for part of his lunch tomorrow. lol poor guy has to put up with a psycho wife for a while ;) He didn’t even say “geez babe you didn’t have to yell at me!”

Week one down, on to week two of Operation Drop Pounds!

BTW that journal in the background? That’s THE BOOK! ;) Maybe one day it’ll get published, but it’s got a long way to go. I wrote some awesome passages that’ll probably get changed later anyways lol ;)

Your tea cup is cute. I swear men only half-listen most of the time. ;)

Well, he shouldn’t have offered again. ;) You done good. I don’t know what it is about husbands. Well some its clear cut sabotage, but many…I don’t think it is. Just male stupidity. And wanting to share with his woman. ;)
