Today I feel so much better, yesterday was when I started feeling better, and I do think tomorrow I will be ready for work. Today was the first day I actually ate better as well. I had two slices of wheat toast with eggs for breakfast, I did have HOMEMADE chicken noodle soup for lunch (with curry and 1/3 of the sodium of the ones I bought at the store). And for dinner I made panko crusted chicken with mixture of roasted veggies, and also some corn that I bought before it goes bad. Tonight hubby and I are doing our grocery shopping as well, his lunches have been a hodge podge of leftovers lately and I’m sure he’s tired of it lol. I don’t think I put enough spices on the chicken, so it was a bit bland, but I’ll try them another time and put the spices IN the crumbs as well as on the chicken.
Tomorrow the diet will be back on in full swing, lots of veggies, yogurt, meats, etc. I’ve got plenty of leftover chicken so I think I’m going to have some of that with my lunch (woot).
I was supposed to have dinner with a friend tomorrow at PF Changs, so I cancelled. I’d rather not go see her and possibly get her sick.
Not much else going on, if I am better by the weekend I am going to go for a workout, but I’d rather be at full strength before attempting a workout. I’m glad to be eating some protein again, I missed it!
