Okay so been toying with the idea of going to a gym in the AM. YES, ME, BEERAB, going to the gym in the morning. Check hell folks, I believe it has frozen over :p
I found a gym 5 minutes from my work, and it opens at 5 am. I am up at 5:30 am as it is, so I figure, why not get up at 5-5:30 am, then get to this place between 5:30-6 am, get my workout in, shower, get ready for work, and then be at work 5 minutes later? Not only am I getting in some workouts, I am bypassing traffic AND getting to work still on time.
The gym that I found is only $15 a month, people say it’s a no frills gym but that it has good classes, which is fine with me, if I can do cardio 3 days a week and weight training 2 days a week, coupled with going on the weekends out with hubby for walks (we did one today), I think the scale will show more than eating healthy alone can do.
I’m going to go tomorrow and check out the gym and see about a membership, all I need are a few machines, some weights, a shower and locker room and I’m set!
Cross your fingers! I can afford $15 a month until the gym at my job becomes available!
