Tuesday’s Food

I just started using the “myfitnesspal” website/app and it’s much easier than sparkpeople- I am loving it :)

I thought I did pretty well! A bit high on sugar but I’m out of the kashi squares (that’s 9 grams of sugar) and there are no more chocolate kisses (3 grams), so that’s 12 grams gone tomorrow. :)

Didn’t get to check out the gym today, but I’m going to check it out tomorrow! :)

    I track my eating on SP, but I’ve thought about switching. It looks like I might do WW at Work, and their etools come with the fees, so I suppose I will use that. But if I prefer counting calories instead of points, I’ll try another tool like MFP.

    I much prefer SparkPeople over My Fitness Pal. I don’t like the measurements on MFP. I just speed through my SP inputs.
