Cuz waking up is hard to do

No no it’s not what you are thinking, I DID go to the gym this morning. Unfortunately it was only another 20 minute “workout.” I use the term loosely because I just bought new shoes that came in the mail and I think they need some breaking in. They are the right size and the same brand, and there is PLENTY of room for my toes. But it’s pinching the area on top of my toes, where the toes start (kind of where the laces start). As the day has gone by they feel better, if they don’t work out in a few days I will return them (love that policy by Road Runners though I have never used it). Worst scenario I will go back to my old shoes for a bit more.

I found getting up today was a little harder, but I think I just need to get in some more sleep. I slept 7 hours last night but I like to get in 8. As tempting as it was to hit the snooze button I got up and got dressed and went to the gym. There were about the same amount of people there so that made me happy because I hate overcrowded gyms, But as I was leaving more people were coming in, so I think working out from 6-6:30 am is perfect. I got to work at 7:05 am today, so I think once I get more into the flow I will streamline my whole workout process. AND hubby and I will still be going on our morning walks/jogs on the weekends like he PROMISED we would! We even talked about it again today (he called me on his lunch) saying he wants to do that again.

The scale is slowly decreasing again, I saw 205 today, which isn’t fabulous but it’s better than 2008, the number when I joined MyFitnessPal.

It’s nice to see so many comments! I am going to check up on ALL of you tomorrow :D

I’m glad you got in your workout, even if it was only twenty minutes- that’s still twenty minutes! It seems like your husband is trying to be supportive, and that’s awesome. I love it when my boyfriend will work out with me. Keeps us motivated to be healthier together.

Kuddos to getting up. Honestly, it’s one of the hardest things for me to do. I did it for one month when I was in boot camp and it was painful.
