So before I do something CRAZY and grab some TrimSpa for energy. I really need to listen to my body. I went to this health fair, and they had this cool test that you’d put your palm to, and it would measure if you were getting enough antioxidants.

You put your palm on the left end and after about a minute it spits out a reading.
Anyways, I got the ORANGE color, which is not the worst, but not the best, I think I was close to yellow, but STILL no bueno. And if I’m low on that, then I’m low on other stuff too I’m betting… With this device you want to be in the green and blue
I am already seeing the doctor, and I’ve always tested normal for thyroid and stuff before, so I don’t think any of that is it, I think that I’m just not getting enough of the right nutrients. I’d rather supplement with HEALTHY things to get out of this funk and stay away from the trimspa and other stuff that is NOT good for you!
So today, going to go to the store and start supplementing some vitamin D, Vitamin B, and stop slacking on the veggies that I definitely have been doing lately. I just get lazy, which is not good, which then makes me tired, which just continues the cycle.
This weekend I am making a promise to myself to not only NOT sit on my butt being lazy, but to prepare my food for the next week, to get some vitamin B (I have D I just haven’t taken it), and to formulate my workout plan, which has no changed from mornings to nights, I can’t tell you how many times I have sat in traffic thinking “I could workout right now.” I like my sleep, and since I’m not motivated to work out during the day, and since I hate traffic, we’ll switch to workouts after work!
